Faith’s Kairos prison ministry is coming up the last weekend of October (26-29).  While Pastor Keith Ledford and John Shelton will be traveling to Zephyrhills Correctional Institute to minister in person, there are many ways that we can all support this important ministry from here at home.  There will be opportunities for you to be part of the prayer chain that will cover the participants in prayer in 30-minute assigned times over the weekend. You’ll also be invited to write cards or notes of encouragement to a few, some, or all of the participants. We will have placemats for you to color or help others color for the participants.  We hear that the participants greatly treasure these small tokens of caring for them.  And finally, you may bake cookies that will be taken to the event.  (Please avoid raisins and nuts.)  Look for the sign-up sheet for these opportunities at the Welcome Desk soon.
